Internships abroad offer the opportunity for young Europeans to gain professional and personal experience by improving their knowledge, using a foreign language and doing internships in companies.
The internships carried out there are professional and are often remunerated with a monthly stipend that covers the costs of living, accommodation and local transport, and enjoy language training provided by the host region.

ALMA is a programme that the Public Employment Service of Catalonia targets the most disadvantaged people who have difficulties in accessing work or training for individual or structural reasons, and aims to empower them to integrate into the labour market, the education system or society by implementing a personalised approach to improve skills, knowledge and experience.
Traineeship in Italy
Possibility to participate for 4 or 2 months depending on availability.

Requirements
- Be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Have a DNI/NIE.
- Be registered in the national Youth Guarantee system.
- Registration as a job seeker in the SOC.
