Internships abroad offer young Europeans the opportunity to gain professional and personal experience by improving their knowledge, using a foreign language and undertaking internships in companies.
The internships carried out are professionals and are often remunerated with a monthly grant that covers living expenses, accommodation and local transport, and language training provided by the host region.
ALMA Program
The ALMA Program is a program that the Public Employment Service of Catalonia addresses to the most disadvantaged people who have difficulties accessing work or training for individual or structural reasons, and aims to empower them when it comes to integrating into the labor market, the educational system or society, through the implementation of a personalized approach that allows them to improve their skills, knowledge and experience.

Requirements
- Be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Possess a DNI/NIE.
- Be registered in the National Youth Guarantee system.
- Be registered as a job seeker in the SOC.
