Mas Social Ebre
Mas Social Ebre is a training and socio-labor insertion program, financed by the Catalan Employment Service and the European Social Fund, which lasts 12 months.
The objective of the Mas Social project is job insertion or return to the education system, improving the employability and professional skills of the young participants. It also offers the possibility of choosing between two itineraries: Organic farming or construction.
Both itineraries share company visits and social participation actions. The purpose of the company visits is to get to know the companies in the territory, their operation and occupations linked to the training offered there. Social, cultural and civic activities aim to strengthen and create links with the social fabric of the territory: associations, entities, etc.
In addition, we also offer individual and/or group support, from January to December, in order to improve employability, skills and abilities that help promote the job research and/or advice for return to the education system.
From fortnightly sessions with the guidance counselor, work on the professional profile, the CV, the identification and improvement of skills, as well as the keys and strategies for the job interview, training itineraries, job research and others aspects, always depending on the needs and reality of each young person.
Registration requirements:
- Be between 16 and 29 years old.
- Be registered at the employment office as a job seeker or job improvement.
- Not having worked or received training or educational actions the day before joining the project.

Itinerary in Organic agriculture
We offer a professional training of 233 hours in organic agriculture, which starts in March and ends at the beginning of May. Once the training is completed, it includes the possibility of doing 100 hours of training in a company.
