A labor camp is an activity where a young person from different backgrounds joins a group that voluntarily and disinterestedly commits itself to carry out, for a period of 15 days, a service work in the community, either by helping people, carrying out tasks of nature protection or heritage interventions.

Oasis - Ecocentre
The ecocentre focuses on practical ecology and aims to encourage as many people as possible to live more ecologically and, above all, to be less dependent on supermarkets. It is a small DIY school with an emphasis on ecological living. This summer, the focus is on making a structure using clay techniques.

Spermalie - Special education school
This school is attended by young people with autism, visual impairments, hearing impairments, speech and language development disorders, as well as students with complex multiple disabilities. You will be painting corridors and classrooms in need of renovation and possibly gardening.
This is a camp in collaboration with International Building Work. Volunteers from other construction countries can also sign up for this project. Thus, you might find yourself in a group with volunteers from different countries, making the experience even more enjoyable and exciting!

Labor camp in Heule
De heerlijkheid van Heule - Organic farm
Open organic farm where young people facing difficult situations can contribute to society through agricultural work. Young people and volunteers can work in the fields (growing and harvesting vegetables), help feed the cows and small livestock, and work in the barns. In addition, the farm also organises training and after-school accompaniment for young people, and there are two crisis studios.
This summer they plan to renovate a roof, build a new warehouse and also have painting projects underway. Together with local project volunteers, international volunteers and young asylum seekers, they will start work on the farm.
