Best practices: Inclusion of young people in vulnerability

From February 28 to March 6, 2026 in Jesús, Catalonia

Visita d'estudis_Objectius

Aim of the project

The aim of this study visit is to explore and share effective methodologies for the inclusion of young people in situations of vulnerability, identifying challenges and solutions to overcome social, economic, educational, and labour barriers. The visit also seeks to promote equal opportunities, participation, and active citizenship, provide practitioners with tools and resources, and build a network of partners to develop new inclusion projects.

The programme includes meetings with local youth technicians and professionals.

The activity takes place at Torre Sant Antoni, a rural venue where we have hosted international projects, workcamps, volunteering and training activities since 2021, and where we also run local-level initiatives.

Study visit in Jesus

From March 10 to 16, 2025 in Jesús, Catalonia

Torre Sant Antoni_Youth and nature_Obre't Ebre

Aim of the project

This study visit aims to connect people from all over the world interested in the rural world—agriculture, the environment and nature—to inspire them and foster new initiatives. The meeting facilitates the exchange of ideas, the creation of networks and the development of projects that strengthen the relationship between young people and the territory. Ecological challenges and education play a key role, offering a space for learning and reflection.

The program also includes contact with the local population to learn how they have been empowered within a small community, how they have overcome obstacles and how they perceive their role within Europe.

The space that hosts these projects, the Torre Sant Antoni, is an example of sustainable growth with the involvement of young people. Located in the middle of nature, since 2021 it has hosted international groups, work camps, volunteers and training. The house is a dynamic space where long-term volunteers live together and collective work experiences are developed, generating a positive impact on the environment and the community.
