They are enriching experiences where young people can build connections that cross borders and explore different topics related to solidarity, multiculturalism and democracy, in line with European values. In addition, these exchanges are a valuable tool for personal growth, improving social skills and practicing languages in a real-life environment.
What Are the Main Features of the Exchange?
To take part in these exchanges, you must be between 13 and 30 years old. You will live alongside other young Europeans for a period of between 5 and 21 days while participating in awareness-raising and educational activities.
Exchanges at Torre Sant Antoni
At Obre’t Ebre, we welcome young people taking part in Erasmus+ exchange programs, as well as professionals participating in study visits on a range of topics at Torre Sant Antoni.
Our latest program, the Ecofriends Youth Exchange, placed sustainability at the heart of the experience. Over several days, the young participants explored some of the major environmental challenges of our time, including pollution, climate change and biodiversity loss.
The aim is to raise awareness of these challenges and inspire participants to develop a more sustainable mindset through educational and participatory activities based on non-formal education.
An Experience with Added Value
Taking part in an Erasmus+ exchange helps participants develop valuable transferable skills, such as connecting with people from different backgrounds, exchanging ideas in several languages and, depending on the theme, gaining a deeper understanding of current issues.
The experience is also recognized through the Youthpass, a tool that certifies the learning outcomes achieved during youth work activities.
