Want to become a mentor?
A mentor is a person who, with more experience or knowledge, voluntarily helps another person with less experience or knowledge in their process towards overcoming obstacles, whether they are occupational, social, academic, etc.
After spending an hour together, getting to know each other, seeing how they think, what they are like and seeing that little by little they are achieving small goals, the relationship that is established is enriching for both parties. In many cases, it lasts beyond the months or year of the social mentoring program for which the mentor is signed up.
