From 19 to 27 May 2025 in Lecce, Italy
The idea of the training course is to bring together 30 young workers from 6 countries, aged between 18 and 35, to facilitate Human Rights education through art, which can create positive change and promote a culture of respect for human rights among today's youth.

- To increase knowledge and awareness of Human Rights among young workers.
- To equip young workers with innovative strategies to engage young people in Human Rights issues using artistic approaches.
- To develop the skills of young workers to facilitate their learning, networking and advocacy.
- To foster intercultural dialogue and understanding between participants from different countries.
- To strengthen European citizenship and promote a sense of belonging to a common European community.

Each collaborator must select 5 workers from their country or organization
- Be resident in one of the partner organizations' countries.
- Young workers with fewer opportunities are welcome in this project.
- Motivation and ability to participate for the entire duration of the activity and to share previous experience, including participation in the dissemination of the results of the TC.
- Have previous experience in Human Rights education.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old (recommended)
- Ability to communicate in English.
- We pray for gender equality.
- Newcomers to Erasmus+ are welcome.

Home tasks to be carried out before the project
The tasks will be facilitated by the collaborating organizations and in specific cases by the project team and will be the following:
- Find the local online resources (podcasts, apps, channels, etc.) that are most effective in their countries to raise awareness of young people about human rights.
- Find some local works of art related to human rights (music, dance, show, pictures, paintings, etc.).
- Prepare a presentation of the sending organization.
- Prepare an attractive cultural evening (games, contests, dances, etc.)
- Learn basic information about the host country, including basic phrases in Italian.
Practicalities
Practicalities
- The project will take place south of Florence, in the impressive and historic city of Lecce.
- The accommodation is equipped with basic facilities. Participants will live in shared rooms with shared bathrooms. The hostel uses solar panels for electricity.
- All expenses (accommodation, tickets and travel expenses) are covered by the project according to the tickets, tickets, boarding passes and invoices. The reimbursement will be made after the youth exchange within three months by bank transfer.
- We recommend that you buy plane tickets in euros, as the price of tickets in another currency will be calculated according to the euroinfo calculator, the official converter of the European Commission.
Note: Do not book tickets before our consultation and approval!
Note: Without presenting sufficient supporting documents for travel expenses and boarding passes, no reimbursement will be possible!
